Recently we were visited by Hurricane Irene.  The hurricane caused major power outages in the NY tri-state area including our headquarters.  Since it was clear that it was going to be days or longer for power to be restored, we decided to move our core infrastructure to our disaster recovery facility in New Jersey.  Because all of our computing is private cloud based, our computing infrastructure was up with minutes of powering up the servers and reassigning public IP numbers.  Because we use SIP extensions, our phone system was also fully functional except for one piece – dial tone.

Thanks to Vintalk and their world class team, we were able to quickly provision SIP trunks and forward our cable-based POTS lines to the new SIP trunks.  Problem solved.  As an added bonus, the trunks were provisioned as trials so we didn’t even pay for the first month.  Did we keep the new dial tone solution?  Well, our phone bill has been reduced by 22%.  You do the math.  It’s no joke when I say, “I’m not only a Vintalk partner, but I’m also a client.”

About the Channel ProgramWe offer four distinct levels from which to choose:

Vintalk Brokers recruit potential Vintalk partners so they may receive residual monthly commissions on all their associated partner sales. Prospects are generally directed to the company website (www.Vintalk.com) to review product specifications, options and detailed information.

Vintalk Agents locate sales opportunities for Vintalk direct sales and are compensated with a monthly residual commission of the customer's monthly fees and usage. As with Brokers, prospects are generally directed to the company website (www.Vintalk.com) to review product specifications, options and detailed information.

Vintalk Partners receive all they need to successfully market and sell Vintalk products, including demo products, help from a dedicated channel manager and access to our support team, a listing in our Partner Locator, sales and marketing collateral, and targeted sales training. Partners receive handsome commissions and benefit by association.

Vintalk Resellers receive all of the above benefits, plus additional tools and support, participation in our automated lead referral system, and access to our online co-op marketing fund program. Resellers must agree to startup fees and minimum purchase volumes, and typically have the option of product re-branding and direct hardware sourcing.
